- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment online for a 5.50pm appointment AND called in to confirm that the appointment has been made. There has been so many issues before where the online appointment making didn't go through, hence the all to confirm. Anyways the receptionist when I called said it went through. When I got there to check in, the receptionist told me that there was no appointment made for me AND that the Dr who I booked wasn't even working today. I told them the situation and both receptionists just looked at me blankly. They offered me another Dr, which is fine, but had to wait half an hour. Seriously, can this medical centre get their online booking system checked already?!Penny PanFebruary 16, 2017
